The sachets are packed with 13 essential oils that are naturally derived from plants, these oils which naturally repel insects from eating them in the wild! They are non-toxic, are handmade and are packaged in recycled cotton paper, so they tick all the boxes to protect our environment. Colibri is a fair trade brand made by Maroma in Auroville in Southern India.

Each hanging sachet lasts for 4-6 months, and it is advised that they are used all year round.

About the moths. A 'clothes moth' or Tineola Bisselliella is not the real villain for creating the tell-tell holes in your favourite garments, but its larvae, which like nothing more than to munch their way through natural fabrics. They love the warm and dark conditions of wardrobes to lay their eggs. 

Always try to prevent an infestation, as curing one will not be so easy. These sachets will not kill the moths but will repel them from your wardrobes. If you find you do have an infestation, then get the vacuum cleaner out. They hate being disturbed, so vacuum everything well, and really regularly. Shake your clothes once a month. Ensure that clothes are really clean and dry before putting them away, as the moths are particularly attracted to sweaty and food stained clothes (not pointing any fingers here!). Try not to overheat your home, and air it regularly - moths love the heat, so turn off heating in rooms that are not used.

Once the sachets are exposed to the air they will work for 4 - 6 months.
