Royal jelly is a thick milky substance that is secreted by worker bees to feed to the queen bee and her larvae and the queen bee is fed only royal jelly its entire life. It contains amino acids, lipids, vitamins, fatty acids, and most importantly, proteins. Bee propolis is a sticky, brown resinous mixture of tree saps, and various bee secretions that contain amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. It has antimicrobial properties which helps fight against sore throat, and mouth/throat infections.
